1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Custom-made products require extra time to personalize and prepare for shipment. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email along with tracking information.

Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method you select.

Available Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (depending on location).

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available).
The shipping cost will be calculated and shown during the checkout process before payment.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.

PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
4. Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional charges incurred due to incorrect address information. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.

If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement or issuing a store credit.

Lost Shipments: If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and assist in resolving it with the carrier. However, we are not responsible for lost packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
8. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. For more information on our returns policy, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
